These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By using our services and providing your personal information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Provision.
1.1. You acknowledge and agree to engage with our service today. This service is a free spot check service. The melanographer will complete a spot skin check, spending approximately 3-5 minutes reviewing 2-3 lesions of concern.
1.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of our service.
2. Personal responsibility.
2.1. Participation in this service is at your own risk. You alone are responsible for any decisions made or action taken in response to the service.
3. Limitations of an express skin check.
3.1. Melanographers will assess skin via dermoscopic analysis of lesions visible on the surface of the skin. As with any health service, there are limitations.
· Our dermoscopic assessment of skin is not suitable for assessing lesions inside the mouth or eye
· No clinical images will be taken and no clinical diagnosis made beyond recommendations for further assessment.
· This service is designed to offer a preliminary assessment of any concerning moles or skin irregularities. This is not a general dermatology consultation and we are unable to advise on skin conditions that may not be associated with potential skin cancers.
4. Communication.
4.1 You agree to receive future communications and marketing materials from MoleMap, which may include newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and other relevant information.

Terms and conditions
1. Any entry not complying with the terms and conditions set out below is invalid.
2. To enter the Prize Draw, the participant scans the promotional QR code, enters their details and agrees to the terms and conditions to go into the draw to win.
3. There is 1 (one) prize to be won. Prize includes 1 x Full Body MoleMap (valued at $399), redeemable at participating clinics within Australia. 3 x Avène Sunscreens (Sunsitive Face Fluid ,Sunstivie Face Fluid (tinted) and Sunsitive Spay.
4. The “Competition” commences at 9am 13/9/2025 and closes at 4pm 14/9/2025. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
5. The “Promoter” (MoleMap Australia) accepts no responsibility for any entry that is late.
6. The winner will be selected through a randomised prize draw on the 22/9/2025.
7. The prize winners will be directly contacted via email to coordinate the receipt of their prize.
8. Entries are open to people within Australia only, no offshore entries will be valid.
9. The “Promoter’s” decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities.
12. The information submitted will be collected and stored by the “Promoter.” Accepting these Terms and Conditions, the participant agrees to receive future promotional and marketing communications from the “Promoter.” Please contact the “Promoter” if you wish to change or correct any personal information.
13. Number of entries are limited to one per person.
14. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of the “Promoter” which corrupts or affects the administrations, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, then the “Promoter” reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, modify, reschedule or cancel the competition, remove any photo from the competition and/or determine the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to that decision being made. The “Promoter” accepts no liability where any such event occurs. Its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The “Promoter’s” failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the “Promoter” reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
17. Winners will be chosen at the “Promoter’s” sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. The “Promoter’s” decision is final.
18. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
