These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and your consent to receive future communications and marketing material from MoleMap ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services and providing your personal information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. 1. Service Provision.
  2. 1.1. You acknowledge and agree to engage with our service today. This service is a free spot check service. The melanographer will take about five minutes reviewing 2-4 moles or lesions of concern. While a dermatologist diagnosis will not be provided with this service, recommendations will be given. This service is not a full head-to-toe skin assessment.
  3. 1.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of our service.
  4. 2. Future Communications.
  5. 2.1. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive future communications and marketing material from us, including but not limited to newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and other relevant information.
  6. 2.2. Communications will be sent via email.
  7. 3. Opt-Out Option.
  8. 3.1. You have the right to opt-out or unsubscribe from receiving future communications from us at any time.
  9. 3.2. To opt-out, please follow the instructions provided in our communications.
  10. 4. Data Protection and Privacy.
  11. 4.1. We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
  12. 4.2. Your personal information will be used only for the purposes outlined in these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at www.molemap.net.au

Terms and Conditions

  1. Any entry not complying with the terms and conditions set out below is invalid. 
  2. To enter the Prize Draw, the participant scans the promotional QR code, enters their details and agrees to the terms and conditions to go into the draw to win. 
  3. There is 1 (one) prize to be won. Prize includes 1 x Full Body MoleMap (valued at $399), redeemable at participating clinics within Australia.
  4. The “Competition” commences at 8am 28/03/2025  and closes at 8pm 06/04/2025. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry. 
  5. The “Promoter” (MoleMap Australia) accepts no responsibility for any entry that is late.
  6. The winner will be selected through a randomised prize draw on the 28/04/205.
  7. The prize winners will be directly contacted via email to coordinate the receipt of their prize.
  8. Entries are open to people within Australia only, no offshore entries will be valid.
  9. The “Promoter’s” decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  10. Prize must be taken as offered, is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  11. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities.
  12. The information submitted will be collected and stored by the “Promoter.” Accepting these Terms and Conditions, the participant agrees to receive future promotional and marketing communications from the “Promoter.” Please contact the “Promoter” if you wish to change or correct any personal information. 
  13. Number of entries are limited to one per person.
  14. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of the “Promoter” which corrupts or affects the administrations, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, then the “Promoter” reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, modify, reschedule or cancel the competition, remove any photo from the competition and/or determine the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to that decision being made. The “Promoter” accepts no liability where any such event occurs. Its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  15. The “Promoter’s” failure to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 
  16. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the “Promoter” reserves the right to withdraw the prize. 
  17. Winners will be chosen at the “Promoter’s” sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. The “Promoter’s” decision is final. 
  18. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms andConditions.
