These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By using our services and providing your personal information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- 1. Service Provision.
- 1.1. You acknowledge and agree to engage with our service today. This service is a free skin check service. The melanographer will complete an express skin check, spending approximately 15 minutes reviewing your skin.
- 1.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of our service.
- 2. Personal responsibility.
- 2.1. Participation in this service is at your own risk. You alone are responsible for any decisions made or action taken in response to the service.
- 3. Limitations of an express skin check.
- 3.1. Melanographers will assess skin via dermoscopic analysis of lesions visible on the surface of the skin. As with any health service, there are limitations.
- · Our dermoscopic assessment of skin is not suitable for assessing lesions inside the mouth or eye
- · No clinical images will be taken and no clinical diagnosis made beyond recommendations for further assessment.
- · This service is designed to offer a preliminary assessment of any concerning moles or skin irregularities. This is not a general dermatology consultation and we are unable to advise on skin conditions that may not be associated with potential skin cancers.
- 4. Communication.
- 4.1 You agree to receive future communications and marketing materials from MoleMap and Avene, which may include newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and other relevant information.
