Low mole count $225 Moderate mole count $260 High mole count $320 All Full Body MoleMap appointments include total body photography, microscopic and macroscopic imaging of moles and other skin lesions, a record of relevant clinical observations and a dermatologist's report on their findings. Followup appointments include a comparison of your skin against the baseline total body photographs, re-imaging of all lesions previously recorded, images of any new lesions that may have appeared and a dermatologist's report on their findings. The 1-3 lesion check is available to allow you to have a diagnosis provided on any lesion that you become concerned about in between your regular MoleMap appointments. Certain conditions apply. Spot check appointments are intended to provide you with a dermatologist's opinion on 1-3 lesions that you are concerned about. Medicare At this stage there is no Medicare cover for the MoleMap procedure. Private Health Insurance Insurers' policies are quite dynamic and as such we can not provide guidance on which ones provide coverage (full or partial) for the MoleMap procedure.
