Booking an appointment with your workplace skin check voucher is easy. All you need to do is follow the steps below:

If you’re having any issues booking an appointment using your workplace skin check voucher or cannot find a suitable time, please contact us and our team will assist you. Sometimes we have appointment slots available that do not show online.
Some of our licensee clinics do not offer online booking. If you wish to use your voucher at a participating licensee clinic, you may need to call them directly to book via phone. Be sure to give them your promo code at the time of booking to guarantee that they will accept your voucher.
This depends on the type of voucher your employer has purchased. We sell vouchers for our Skin Check, Skin Check+ and Full Body MoleMap services. The email with your voucher code should indicate which service is covered. If you are in doubt, enter your promo code in our online booking form and the service chart will show $0 owed for the service your voucher covers.
The majority of workplace skin check vouchers sold entitle you to one (1) Skin Check appointment. This 20-minute appointment includes:
Yes, all of our vouchers can be applied toward an upgraded service. Simply select the upgraded service you’d like to use at the time of booking and pay the difference in cost of the covered service and the upgraded service at the time of your appointment.
Please note, booking a downgraded service does not result in cash back.
Your voucher will show a ‘Valid to’ expiry date. You must book and attend your appointment at a participating clinic before this date.
